My journey with the ServiceNow platform started in 2015, and it’s been an incredible experience watching how technology can transform the way organizations work. Based out of Boston, I began as an in-house developer and architect for two ServiceNow customers, where I developed a deep understanding of the platform’s potential to solve real-world challenges.
Seven years ago, I moved into the partner consulting space, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 100 ServiceNow customers. I specialize in Customer and Industry Workflows, helping businesses improve customer experiences and streamline their operations.
